Responsibilities
Engage with community members to promote products and services offered by the bank
Manage a loan portfolio for the life of the loan, including overseeing draws, overdrafts, and past-due accounts
Work closely with lending support staff throughout the lending cycle to ensure outstanding customer service
Identify and cross-sell additional bank products and services that benefit customers
Qualification
Required
Five plus years of prior experience in commercial lending
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
Basic knowledge of banking operations, documentation, policy and procedures
Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
Knowledge and understanding of loan funding options, sourcing and methodology, including USA, SBA, FSA, Farmer Mac, and SWAP
Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory banking and finance compliance requirements
Willingness to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
Experience in managing a portfolio of $40 million or more
Current established portfolio of lending pipeline
