Responsibilities

Provide support for Morgan Health CEO and Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy
Manage complex schedule – prioritizing requests, responding promptly, delivering high-quality results, coordinating with team, and recording relevant details for all engagements
Handle travel arrangements – reserve travel arrangements through JPM’s online booking system or travel agency, coordinate details with Executives, record details on calendars, troubleshoot when there are travel disruptions
Complete expense reports for travel and other business-related expenses
Support team with special projects and day-to-day tasks, including meeting logistics and support for quarterly team meetings and other engagements with external parties
Coordinate with communications team on speaking engagement logistics, including scheduling, travel, and materials

Required

At least five years of administrative experience, with experience and demonstrated good judgment supporting C-Suite Executives or other senior executives
Extremely well organized, flexible, with strong project management skills
Work with speed, and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively, but also handle matters independently when needed
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
