Responsibilities

Lead implementations: Own the technical delivery of complex agency deployments—configuration, data migration, integration setup, and go-live support
Build integrations: Connect our platform to state/federal systems (NIBRS, NCIC) and third-party CAD peripherals like mobile data terminals and in-car video
Migrate customer data: Execute data migrations from legacy CAD/RMS/JMS systems, working with messy real-world data under timeline pressure
Troubleshoot under pressure: Resolve production issues for live agencies, often with tight timelines and high stakes
Configure complex workflows: Translate agency operational requirements into platform configuration—call routing rules, unit recommendations, report templates, jail booking flows
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Platform, and Operations teams to deliver implementations on schedule and surface patterns that should become product features

Required

7+ years in technical implementation, professional services, or solutions engineering in enterprise SaaS
Integration experience—you've connected systems via REST APIs, file exchanges, and database migrations
Customer-facing skills—you can run a technical call with agency IT staff, explain complex tradeoffs, and maintain relationships through difficult delivery moments
Data migration experience—you've moved data from legacy systems and know that it's never as clean as the documentation suggests
Regulated environment experience—CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks
Comfort with ambiguity—customer implementations rarely go exactly as planned; you adapt and deliver anyway
AI/LLM fluency—you actively use AI tools to accelerate configuration, data transformation, and troubleshooting work

Preferred

Public safety domain experience (CAD, RMS, JMS, 911 systems)
State/federal data exchange experience (NIBRS, NCIC, NLETS)
Experience with law enforcement workflows—dispatch operations, records management, jail booking processes
Prior success in reducing implementation timelines or building reusable delivery patterns
