Responsibilities
Run daily cash deposit and lockbox reports from the bank’s website
Deposit checks remotely to the bank’s website
Process customer payments in Navision
Research and resolve deductions taken by customers
Create aging reports
Engage in collection management processes, as necessary
Distribute bank reports to management
Create journal entries in Navision
Daily export all sales invoices from WILD to Navision
Daily export all posted payments from Navision to WILD
Email invoices to customers via WILD
Assist with financial audits
Qualification
Required
3+ years of cash application experience with research and analysis
3-5 years of cash application analysis experience required
Proficient in Excel, including creating reports using pivot tables and V-lookups
Ability to interact in-person or over the phone with partners during the investigation process
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and V-lookups from scratch
Ability to analyze information and processes
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics and/or cieTrade® is a plus
