Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports for Oracle Fusion HCM
Build and support HCM Extracts for outbound integrations, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and third-party systems
Perform HCM data conversion activities using HDL, HCM Data Loader, and spreadsheets
Analyze legacy HR data and map it accurately to Oracle Fusion HCM data structures
Support end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live activities
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, extracts, and data loads
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with client and regulatory standards
Provide documentation and technical support during UAT and production phases
Qualification
Required
6+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical components
Proven expertise in: BI Publisher (BIP)
Proven expertise in: HCM Extracts
Proven expertise in: HCM Data Conversion (HDL, HCM Loader)
Experience working with at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
Solid understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or OTL
Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
