Program Assistant - Supported Employment
Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. This position provides administrative program support and performs general office functions related to the overall program operations and in support of the Supported Employment and Day services programs.

Responsibilities
Maintains Program data base. Demonstrates knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
Provides the Director with units utilized and underutilized based on the weekly revenue report
Completes weekly program revenue reports and submits completed reports to the director, financial analyst, and billing department according to departmental procedures
Updates and maintains program participants avatar admission and discharge registration as necessary
Enters and monitors staff training hours and required certifications for assigned program
Maintains weekly participants attendance data base
Assist in the coordination and completion of program OVR invoices, insuring full and timely completion
Provide necessary support when needed including typing of reports, correspondence to consumers, staff, and outside agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate files and documentation of all correspondence
Assist director in tracking participant waiver authorizations
Complete necessary monthly quality call back surveys
Ensures the completion of documentation that directly corresponds with services provided according to program procedures
Maintain consumer, employee and departmental confidentiality and confidential information as per Merakey policies and procedures
Maintain proper documentation procedures in accordance with Merakey and departmental policies and procedures
Attend program meeting as needed
Maintain as the Septa liaison for the IDD Philadelphia division – including monthly SEPTA bulk purchases
Order supplies as need for the program
Maintains program directory
Other office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
