Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements; develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts with full traceability
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure shared understanding of scope and requirements prior to development and throughout delivery
Support QA activities by providing functional guidance, reviewing test results, and assisting with defect resolution and requirement refinement
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive efficient delivery
Remove impediments, manage risks, and proactively escalate delivery challenges while coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate Agile metrics and ensure Jira/DevOps artifacts (stories, tasks, documentation) remain current, clear, and well-organized
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in an Agile environment
Preferred
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) or Agile training
Familiarity with Dynamics 365, CRM workflows, or Power Pages
Bachelor's Degree in related field; equivalent training/knowledge considered
