Qualification

Audio/Video SalesChannel ManagementCentral & Eastern Europe ExperienceRental Market KnowledgeAudio/Video Design KnowledgeBachelor’s DegreeDesire to WinProficient in EnglishOrganization SkillsSelf-Motivated

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales in commercial Audio/video Sales (and or integrated systems) with a proven track record
Experience with channel management of systems integrators and distributors
Central & Eastern Europe regional experience
Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, self-propelled and possess a desire to win
Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits
Proficient in English
Willingness, and capacity to travel in the region. Travel is expected to be 35–50%

Preferred

A knowledge of Rental market is preferred
Some knowledge of Audio/Video design and application would be a plus
Bachelor's degree in business is considered a plus
