Responsibilities
Execute application of physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms for data analysis for multivalued horizon memory candidates
Create white paper on use in the context of Multi-valued memory/sense options using a physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms and tradeoffs
Electrical Characterization of devices -Layout work for next generation devices
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program
Enrolled in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering at the time of the internship
