Responsibilities
Translate organizational and client strategy into actionable consulting roadmaps and delivery plans
Advise senior client stakeholders on digital modernization, operational transformation, and service delivery improvement
Support enterprise strategy refinement through market analysis, client insights, and performance outcomes
Ensure consulting engagements align with PS2G’s customer-driven and outcome-oriented philosophy
Lead consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption
Shape and oversee delivery of technology-enabled solutions including AI, automation, call center modernization, analytics, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and document services
Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and execution-ready
Balance strategic intent with operational realities to drive sustainable outcomes
Support modernization of constituent services through cognitive automation and self-service solutions
Improve case management efficiency and service responsiveness
Enable workforce optimization and skills-based service delivery models
Support healthcare solution deployments and advisory engagements
Enable data-driven insights to improve access, routing, and member experience
Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to improve service outcomes
Enable customer engagement transformation across billing, outage management, and DER programs
Support analytics-driven insights and automated triage workflows
Improve service reliability and customer satisfaction
Define engagement success metrics tied to adoption, efficiency, and client outcomes
Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices across consulting and delivery work
Support measurable growth through effective engagement management and delivery excellence
Serve as a senior point of contact for client engagements
Translate complex strategies into clear guidance for technical and operational teams
Mentor consultants and delivery leads to strengthen consulting rigor and execution quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Public Administration, or a related field
8–12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy execution, or solution delivery
Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders in regulated or public-facing environments
Strong executive communication and client engagement skills
Preferred
Advanced degree or certifications in strategy, Lean Six Sigma, change management, AI, or program management
Experience working with public sector, healthcare, or energy and utility clients
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional consulting engagements
