Responsibilities
Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies to uncover customer pain points and workflows
Translate findings into actionable insights for product design and development
Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on user impact and KPIs
Manage multiple research projects and ensure strategic alignment
Mentor junior researchers and promote best practices
Advocate for customer-centric solutions within engineering teams
Responsible for fostering strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and collaboration on key business priorities
Qualification
Required
Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Market Research, or related field with at least 6 years of experience
Experience in CX, UX, or product research with leadership in project execution
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience in agile product development
Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
Familiarity with User Zoom, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar platforms
Experience applying behavioral science in product design
Proficiency with AI-driven research tools and analytics platforms
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
Candidate will demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
