Responsibilities

Support enterprise-level Food & Nutrition Services initiatives, including platform rollouts and insourcing efforts
Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and conversion across multiple facilities
Develop and maintain operational and performance reports to support go-live readiness and leadership decision-making
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
Identify data discrepancies, trends, and risks; recommend corrective actions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in healthcare or large enterprise environments
Strong experience with data validation, reporting, and system implementations
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience working with large datasets
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
