Responsibilities
Provide overall management and oversight of the Strategic Planning Analysis Services program to ensure alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives
Serve as the primary liaison with NGB J5-J leadership and contracting officials to coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and maintain communication
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of a cross-functional team of analysts, planners, and support staff
Manage the quality and timeliness of deliverables, including strategic policy products, CNGB issuances, meeting support materials, dashboards, and analysis
Monitor and report program performance using project management tools and contract performance metrics
Support risk management, change management, and continuous process improvement across all task areas
Coordinate with corporate leadership to ensure sufficient resources and technical reach-back are available to the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing DoD contracts and/or leading strategic planning efforts within the National Guard, Army, or Joint Staff
Active U.S. Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Preferred
Master's degree in National Security Studies, Strategic Planning, or related discipline
PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management Level II/III
Prior experience leading cross-agency planning teams or managing national-level joint planning support
Proven track record managing teams delivering policy, planning, and analytical products for senior DoD leadership
Familiarity with NGB, CCMDs, JSPS, JSCP, and other key strategic planning frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic, high-stakes environments
Experience managing deliverables across multiple lines of effort in accordance with PWS-defined performance standards
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
