Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day field operations for a ground-up multifamily project in Oklahoma City
Own jobsite safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate closely with Project Management, Development, and Executive Leadership
Drive milestone schedules, inspections, and successful project turnover
Enforce company standards for workmanship, professionalism, and accountability
Serve as the senior on-site leader and steward of jobsite culture
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily projects
Experience with wrap, podium, and/or large-scale garden-style multifamily builds
Strong command of scheduling, trade coordination, and critical path execution
Willingness to travel to Oklahoma City while remaining tied to a DFW-based team
Respected field leader with strong communication skills
