Responsibilities
Orchestrate high-touch ABM campaigns using 6Sense and LinkedIn to identify and penetrate "in-market" Tier A accounts before they even reach out
Manage sophisticated placements across MNTN (Connected TV), StackAdapt (Programmatic), and LinkedIn, ensuring a cohesive story across every digital touchpoint
Own the Salesforce + Wordpress + Activecampaign architecture to ensure seamless lead flow, automated nurturing, and perfect sales-marketing alignment
Partner with Sales Enablement to leverage Instantly.ai and 360sms for high-velocity, high-deliverability cold outreach that mirrors our marketing messaging
Utilize GA4, Firebase, and Looker Studio to build "Source-to-Revenue" dashboards that visualize pipeline health and channel efficiency
Lead the 3rd-party UX/UI agency to ensure the WordPress CMS redesign and consolidated app are optimized for high-intent conversion
Supervise the Content & Communication Specialist and work cross functionally with revenue teams
Organize and oversee the schedules and work of the marketing team, ensuring accountability for results
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to maximize impact and efficiency
Conduct staff and vendor performance evaluations in a timely and constructive manner
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of successful B2B services marketing experience
Demonstrated success leading marketing and communications strategies
People management experience, including cross-functional leadership
Strong knowledge of Catapult services and ability to remain current on new offerings
Strategic planning and execution expertise
Proven people management and team development skills
Proficiency in data analytics, market research, and marketing technology
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to project manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration
Resilient team player who thrives in a changing, high-growth environment
Commitment to exemplifying Catapult's core values and service standards
Experience with web-based sales and/or CRM software applications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Conversion Architecture: Expert knowledge of A/B testing and Figma-to-WordPress conversion workflows
Intent Intelligence: Proficiency in using 6Sense to prioritize sales efforts based on intent data
High-Volume Excellence: Proven track record of generating high volumes of Qualified Leads for high-ticket professional services ($50k+ contract values)
Precision Targeting: Experience moving beyond 'spray and pray' to a surgical ABM approach targeting specific enterprise stakeholders
