CDO Data Business Office – Communications Support
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant to support communications efforts as part of the CDO Data Business Office team. This role provides CDO leaders exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify our impact and ensure effective communications and engagement across the CDO organization.

Responsibilities
Coordinate cross‑leadership communication and calendar management
Manage CDO collateral such as organizational charts
Support CDO level communications, facilitation, and engagement across the organization
Support CDO engagement efforts such as actioning employee survey results and coordinating employee forums and community service
Support CDO onboarding and training
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
2 years of professional communications experience preferably in a large enterprise environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling for executive audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Adaptable and comfortable with rapid change
Track record of collaborating and building highly successful partnerships
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
