Responsibilities

Manage daily facility operations for 13 sites, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
Prepare and manage annual budgets for each location, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure all facilities comply with state and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards
Select, negotiate, and oversee contracts with vendors and service providers; evaluate performance and ensure quality standards
Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, relocations and expansions; coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams
Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for each site; serve as point of contact for facility-related emergencies
Maintain accurate records of facility assets, conduct routine inspections, and ensure timely repairs and replacements
Address facility-related concerns from employees

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site facilities management, preferably within Ohio and Indiana
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between locations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
