Responsibilities
Process approximately 1,000 invoices per month, from email capture through posting in Spectrum
Support bi‑monthly check runs and assist with month‑end AP procedures
Field incoming AP calls and provide assistance with subcontract administration tasks as needed
Maintain accurate, organized AP files and documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within construction, HVAC, mechanical, or related industries
Experience with Spectrum or similar accounting software is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
No degree required
Fully on‑site role; punctuality and reliability are essential
Preferred
Experience working in high‑volume AP environments
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
Professional communication skills for vendor and internal interactions
