Human Resource Manager (Bilingual)
SAY Group is partnering with a client to find a Bilingual Human Resources Manager who will support operational teams in a fast-paced environment. The role involves partnering with leadership to align people strategy with operational goals and managing employee relations while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and site teams to align people strategy with operational goals
Support workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership capability development
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders managing workforce performance, attendance, engagement, and retention
Manage employee relations matters across multi-level workforce populations
Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues with professionalism and sound judgment
Coach leaders through performance management and corrective action processes
Ensure consistent application of policy and employment law compliance
Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies for high-demand or labor-sensitive environments
Support onboarding and early employee experience initiatives to improve retention and productivity
Assist leadership teams in developing internal talent pipelines and development plans
Review workforce data to identify trends impacting productivity, turnover, and engagement
Support reporting and insights for operational and leadership decision-making
Help drive HR process improvements to support efficiency and consistency
Support workforce training and development initiatives
Assist with performance management programs and leadership coaching efforts
Partner cross-functionally to support workplace safety initiatives, compliance programs, and workforce readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bilingual Spanish/English required
4–7 years progressive HR experience supporting operations-focused or workforce-driven environments preferred
Experience supporting multi-level workforce populations
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Working knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices
Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across leadership and frontline teams
