Responsibilities
Develop project plans define the project/program scope goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise
Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors etc
Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers
Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams with reinforcing quantitative measurements
Ensure project and program objectives deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope timeline budget and allocated resources
Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development teams to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap
Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile setting to maintain backlogs define user stories and run planning ceremonies
Act as a liaison between the platform engineering team and IT leadership/stakeholders security compliance infra app teams executive sponsors
Ability to tell the story of the program coordinate leadership status updates
Translate technical concepts and infrastructure strategy into clear roadmaps and justifications for stakeholders
Own and manage the platform roadmap backlog and priorities
Collaborate with engineering to define and document use cases requirements and goals for features like platform profiles app registrations and `cldctl` enhancements
Coordinate buy-in and approvals from peer engineering teams and leadership to support platform tooling and adoption
Ensure that documentation internal marketing and onboarding flows are complete understandable and kept up to date
Qualification
Required
10 years in IT Complex Global Programs
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform GCP and how it integrates with identity networking and automation patterns
