Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver technology training programs for attorneys, professional staff, and administrative personnel
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for software applications, systems, and firm technology tools
Provide individual and group training sessions in-person and virtually
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, videos, and knowledge base documentation
Respond to user inquiries related to software, hardware, and systems usage
Support rollouts of new systems, upgrades, and technology initiatives
Track training participation, user adoption, and effectiveness metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years related work experience
Law Firm or other Professional Services background required
Help desk/desktop support experience
