Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting findings to clients and stakeholders
Team leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff members
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Demonstrated commitment to professional integrity and delivering high-quality client service

Preferred

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is an asset
