Responsibilities
Engage qualified candidates using multiple sourcing techniques for various technical roles
Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies
Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines
Guide candidates through the interview process efficiently to ensure a positive candidate experience
Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, prioritizing client and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in Boolean searches
High volume recruiting experience via phone/email/text
CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, agency background preferred
1+ years of experience supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
