Responsibilities
Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of analog electronic assemblies
Execute through-hole soldering and rework; SMT experience preferred
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators
Identify component-level failures and assist with root cause analysis
Document test results and repairs per quality procedures
Support incoming inspection, refurbishment, and final acceptance testing
Maintain ESD controls and a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams as needed
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of hands-on electronics technician experience
Strong background in analog electronics
Demonstrated soldering and rework experience (through-hole required)
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Preferred
Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled environment
Familiarity with IPC soldering standards
Experience with legacy or obsolete electronics
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics (preferred, not required)
