Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using PowerBI and Excel
Consolidate, validate, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and performance insights
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Develop and enhance reporting tools, templates, and documentation
Support process improvement and reporting optimization initiatives
Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting to cross-functional partners
Collaborate with corporate, field, and vendor teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
Identify and escalate significant trends, variances, and data quality issues
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ability to process and analyze large, high-volume data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong quality control mindset
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent analytical/technical experience
