Support new job applicant background check and employment background check program

Interacting with employers via email, telephone, and other means to set up and maintain employer accounts

Determining employer qualification for a VSP account

Account setup

Establishing account users

Assisting with ePortal access

Updating account and user information

Performing other duties as assigned

Required
