Support new job applicant background check and employment background check program

Interacting with employers via email, telephone, and other means to set up and maintain employer accounts

Determining employer qualification for a VSP account

Account setup

Establishing account users

Assisting with ePortal access

Updating account and user information

Performing other duties as assigned

Required

Advanced computer skills aligned with the job description - 8 years of experience required

Customer relations skills - 8 years of experience required

Good verbal and written communication skills - 8 years of experience required

Candidate must physically reside within the US for the duration of the assignment
