Responsibilities
Build and enhance UI/front-end features on top of an existing application codebase
Rapidly understand requirements and deliver working UI components to production
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to support ongoing roadmap initiatives
Own assigned UI tasks end-to-end, from development through delivery
Maintain code quality without disrupting existing team dynamics or workflows
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of hands-on experience as a UI Engineer / Frontend Engineer
React and Node JS Experience
Strong experience working in existing, mature codebases
Proven ability to ramp up quickly and deliver with limited guidance
Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
Experience using modern development tools (AI-assisted tools acceptable, but must code independently)
Preferred
Prior Company experience (highly preferred due to faster ramp-up)
Experience working with backend-heavy teams
