Vice President of Digital Transformation
Dimension IV Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation to lead the company's digital strategy and organizational transformation. This role involves developing and executing a digital transformation roadmap, enhancing technology and processes, and driving cultural changes to maintain a competitive edge in the digital economy.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall digital transformation strategy, aligning with the corporate vision, business objectives, and market trends
Identify core areas for digital enablement (e.g., customer experience, operational efficiency, data analytics, intelligent decision-making) and develop implementation roadmaps
Establish a digital governance framework to ensure data security, privacy compliance, and the sustainability of the technology architecture
Report regularly to the executive committee and board of directors on digital progress and ROI performance
Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, RPA, etc
Drive enterprise architecture modernization and optimize the integration of IT and business systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake, etc.)
Establish an Innovation Lab or Digital Center of Excellence (Digital CoE) to encourage internal innovation and external technology collaboration
Guide the implementation of digital product development, customer platform building, and enterprise-level automation projects
Drive the digitalization and automation of key business processes to significantly improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and human resources departments to reshape cross-functional processes and work models
Promote a data-driven decision-making culture and build a real-time business monitoring and predictive analytics system
Oversee the digital portfolio to ensure maximum return on investment
Improve customer satisfaction and brand engagement through digital channels and experience optimization
Guide the company towards a customer-centric business model
Leverage big data and AI algorithms to drive personalized services and targeted marketing
Establish a digital ecosystem partner network (e.g., technology suppliers, innovative startups, research institutions)
Promote a digital culture and cultivate digital thinking and innovation awareness among all employees
Develop employee digital skills enhancement programs (Digital Upskilling Program)
Guide change management to ensure the smooth implementation of digital initiatives
Design performance indicators and incentive mechanisms to ensure the measurability of transformation results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 18 years of experience in digital transformation, information technology, enterprise architecture, or management consulting
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional and cross-regional transformation projects
Senior leadership experience in complex organizations (multinational corporations, conglomerates, or high-growth companies)
Preferred
An MBA, EMBA, or Master's degree in Digital Strategy is preferred
