Qualification
Required
1–3 years of defense-side toxic tort or environmental litigation experience
Strong interest in litigation and courtroom development
JD from a strong law school background
Active California Bar admission
Willingness to work primarily in-office in a collaborative setting
Preferred
Exposure to asbestos litigation
