Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of innovative concepts with the extended team of brand partners, product and program managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams that will ultimately support the design
Write requirements documents (which serve as a bridge from the strategy to the implementation) and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to partners. Requirements should be based on intimate knowledge of the product, space, existing data analysis, current customers and non-customers (prospects and competitors)
Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
Establish the mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success
Measure and analyze existing offering for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers
Identify new opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in offering an end-to-end luxury experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Master's degree
