Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, conversations, and workshops to identify client training requirements
Lead client engagements regarding any Argano-led training for the project, managing relationships and setting expectations
Support and deliver software training programs
Be able to be flexible and modify training plans as required
Develop custom software training materials then train client trainers or users with the materials we have created
Close work and knowledge transfer with functional and technical consultants on the project to understand the customizations that have been made
Conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness
Help develop and execute the overall training strategy for Argano
Mentor training consultants and lead by example
Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Drive innovation in training methodologies and delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, expected
5-10 years of experience in training or related roles
Proven success in developing and implementing software training methodologies & strategies
Proven expertise in instructional design and instructional accessibility
Delivering training content related to SAP, preferably S/4HANA
Leading teams and directing group efforts toward common goals & shared objectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
Leading and managing client relationships

Preferred

MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred
Providing user training through the WalkMe digital adoption platform
Leading, assisting or supporting large-scale deployments of software solutions from a training or instructional design perspective
