Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will conduct sales of AI-driven K-12 math and English learning programs, communicate with prospects, and guide customers through account creation and payment processes.

Responsibilities
Communicate with prospects to introduce company's products
Arrange prospects for diagnostic tests, explain test results and study plan, and introduce competitive advantages of Client programs
Guide customers to create accounts and make payments
Setup student accounts based on diagnostic tests
Arrange or conduct new student and parent orientations
Follow up with customers on payment-related issues
Monitor and communicate with parents on student's progress
Process new sales opportunities from parent referral
Feedback to company on issues from parents and students
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and people skills especially with parents and children
Excellent attitude on customer service
Responsible and detail oriented
Good computer skills and experienced with social media
Preferred
Familiar with K-12 course offerings in the marketplace (online and in-person) is a plus
Familiar with K-12 Math and English subjects is a plus
