Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Strategic Regulatory Front-End Review (SRFER) team to leverage regulatory intelligence during compliance product scoping
Coordinate the completion of critical compliance deliverables for high-priority regulations related to user trust in partnership with product teams
Partner with Knowledge and Information (K&I) and central compliance teams to drive cross-K&I compliance programs and remediate regulatory controls
Contribute to cross-functional governance and compliance reporting initiatives across the organization
Assist in developing compliance tools, frameworks, and standards, working closely with Regulatory Activation (RA) and Regulatory Compliance Infrastructure (RCI) to ensure alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management
Experience with data analysis

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience reviewing, drafting, remediating and validating controls
Experience designing, implementing and overseeing regulatory compliance programs intended to satisfy regulations and policy requirements for key trust domains
Experience designing and delivering long-term, scaled technical or operational projects
Experience managing a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
