Active oversight and management with the team
Issue resolution and follow-up
Iterative (Agile) experience / Scrum Master experience
Iteration and SCRUM MASTER responsibilities at the level this program requires
Metrics reporting / dashboards for Dev Complete and work item status, sizing, etc
DevOps use (or similar tool)
Ability to pick up DevOps quickly and manage / maintain structure in support of the team
DevOps Queries / gathering relevant data for Steering Team visuals and other program-level updates
Team Support
General support needs and requests of the team
Relationship management
Teams / Sharepoint / DevOps: in general, helping to manage access and ensuring management of documents
Meeting Facilitation and ownership
Iteration-related planning, iteration review & retrospective, Iteration planning
Features planning and related DevOps management
Related follow-up
Recurring meeting ownership / engagement:
Value Stream Lead Report Out & bi-weekly DT Value Stream Lead meeting
Data Conv / BA Meeting
DT Value Stream Team Updates
Support for Steering Team Prep / similar team updates
Working Knowledge of manufacturing-related business processes (Mark feels this is important to help manage issues and facilitate related meetings)
Most relevant for facilitation of issues resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
Ability to lead and coordinate complex software development projects
Active oversight and management with the team
Issue resolution and follow-up
Iterative (Agile) experience / Scrum Master experience
Metrics reporting / dashboards for Dev Complete and work item status, sizing, etc
Ability to pick up DevOps quickly and manage / maintain structure in support of the team
