Responsibilities

Supporting and driving AOP objectives and action plans
Maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status
Maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team
Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources
Implementing effective execution recovery plans for warranty management
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts
Support proposal activities for follow-on work
This position is onsite in Tucson, Arizona at the Rita Rd facility
Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally
Implementing and managing to External EV requirements

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience
Experience in influencing profit and loss of DoD contracts
Prior leadership/management
Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
Prior experience in managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through EAC reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership
Prior experience that includes the execution of production or similar effort
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Preferred

PM Level 5 Certified
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management
Prior experience in the production and acceleration of munitions
Execution experience leading a team of mid-level leaders
Strong proficiency in partnering with matrixed organizations
Proven track record of customer relationship building
