Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial results, trends, and key performance metrics
Build and maintain detailed cost, margin, and profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit
Track and explain standard vs. actual cost variances (PPV, labor, overhead, production)
Monitor inventory levels, valuation, turns, and excess & obsolete
Support sourcing decisions, supplier changes, and make‑vs‑buy analysis
Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives, capital projects, system improvements, and long‑term planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Cost accounting, product costing, variance analysis, inventory planning
Financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, cost reduction
Manufacturing, multi‑entity experience, supply chain exposure
Preferred
Experience with Power BI/Tableau a plus
