The role involves sourcing and winning new business, as well as assisting existing clients by providing pertinent information on leasing availability and market conditions.

Responsibilities

Secures new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling Mohr Corporate services to current client base

Learn the Mohr Partners model and perfect your sales pitch for cold calls and emails

Create lead list of prospective clients to call on utilizing multiple databases

Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases

Provides tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values

Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates

Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons

Gathers and organizes materials necessary for transactions such as commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements

Participates and shadows senior brokers in contract negotiations and due diligence

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university

Minimum 2+ years of work experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capacity to effectively present information and confidence to speak in front of groups

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles

Preferred

Real Estate Salesperson license preferred – will need license to be hired

Freight Brokerage / Sales Experience preferred

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
