HR - Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Makonis is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their Total Rewards team. This role is responsible for administering and managing global compensation and benefits programs with a focus on compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Leads compensation reviews and job evaluations for moderately complex cases, including reclassifications, internal promotions, and organizational changes
Independently determines classifications and pay actions using data analysis and documentation, serving as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions
Qualification
Required
Min 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related function
Good experience in Recruitment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting and visualization
Good Experience compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and benefits administration
Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through dashboards and reports
