Collaborate with agency customers to document business requirements in line with organizational policies
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to security, legal, and administrative approvers
Engage with stakeholders from legal, business, and security teams to expedite request approvals
Review contracts and provide insights on business-related documents
Ensure effective communication with vendors regarding Commonwealth requirements
Research existing solutions to meet business needs
Guide customers through the business approval process
Manage and track the request backlog
Facilitate additional information requests during the approval process
Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for staff
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in project or process management
3 years in a customer-facing role
1 year of vendor management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
