Responsibilities
Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute the long-term roadmap for our AI agent product line
Evolve our AI components to ensure best-in-class experiences for customers
Act as a high-visibility advocate for the design team, solving complex challenges in the emerging field of agent-based UX
Coach designers and remove blockers to ensure the team delivers measurable outcomes connected to business goals
Establish design standards and lead the implementation of evaluation frameworks (Evals) to optimize agent accuracy and interaction quality
Ensure the team addresses bias in AI representation and maintains high standards for inclusive, transparent experiences
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of designing for AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models and autonomous agents
Expertise in leading teams through high-complexity problems via structured discovery and iterative prototyping
Proven ability to translate complex design rationale into business impact to secure cross-functional buy-in
Ability to navigate ambiguity and evaluate trade-offs between quality, technical feasibility, and business impact
6+ years in UX/Product Design, with at least 2 years in a dedicated people management role
Demonstrated experience designing for AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent systems
Experience thriving in '0-to-1' environments and defining new best practices
Work samples demonstrating complex problem-solving in enterprise software, platform design, or AI products
