Responsibilities

Fosters a culture of continuous improvements, financial prudence, and operational agility
Ensures operational excellence, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives and overall growth in a competitive environment
Tackles hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
Drives strategic decisions by crisply diagnosing a problem space, evaluating potential strategic responses, and outlining coherent actions and key tradeoffs
Prepares business updates and assists in follow-up and resolution for specific projects and their impact on company-wide priorities
Partners closely with teams across functions to influence their direction and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Presents findings and recommendations to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Required

Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Planview or similar (Clarity, SPM, EPPM, etc.) with focus on demand planning, resource allocation, cost center management, and data hygiene
Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving using both quantitative and qualitative approaches
Proven track record of collaboration, with experience working well across diverse teams and with external partners
Curiosity about markets, competition, and strategy, including how companies build durable competitive advantages
Excellent storytelling and executive influence skills (written memos / slide presentations / verbal communications), with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Preferred

Previous experience in consulting, especially in strategy or operations roles
Knowledge of the banking, payments, and/or fintech industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
