Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL‑based data ingestion, transformation, and optimization processes for the enterprise data warehouse
Build, enhance, and support a high volume of lightweight, business‑specific automation tools using Vibe coding and AI‑assisted development practices
Conduct data profiling, source‑to‑target mapping, and ETL/Python development
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging across SQL, Python, and lightweight applications
Provide both business and technical analysis for data‑centric and automation‑focused initiatives
Contribute to data modeling, warehouse design discussions, and documentation
Deliver solutions in a fast‑paced, iterative environment, balancing speed with quality and reliability

Qualification

Required

3+ years developing solutions centered on data integration, SQL, and Python
Advanced SQL proficiency and demonstrated experience with SQL‑based databases (Snowflake a plus)
Strong Python skills, including automation and data ingestion patterns
Experience using AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate creation of bespoke applications
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, etc.) and integration methods (flat files, APIs/web services)
Understanding of data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, normalization) and data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze business context to design optimal solutions
Experience writing clear technical documentation
Comfortable delivering high‑impact work in a fast‑moving environment
