Motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
Exposure to PAGA and class action matters for interested attorneys
Opportunities to participate in arbitration, trial, and appellate-level work
Qualification

Strong wage and hour foundation (required)
Familiarity with California procedural rules, discovery, and motions
Active California Bar admission

Trial, arbitration, or appellate exposure welcomed
