Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues, policies, and best practices
Lead and support employee relations cases, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary processes, ensuring documentation and execution align with company policy and legal standards
Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns; document findings and recommend outcomes
Support and execute reductions in force (RIFs), including planning, communication, and compliance considerations
Draft, review, and coordinate severance agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Partner with leadership on workforce decisions while mitigating risk and maintaining employee trust
Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained using digital tools and systems
Utilize Microsoft Office and DocuSign to prepare, manage, and execute HR documentation efficiently
Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all people-related practices

Required

Proven Employee Relations experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
Hands-on experience managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations
Direct experience supporting or leading reductions in force (RIFs)
Experience with the creation and delivery of severance agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and DocuSign
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
