Responsibilities
Operates the cash register, collects money, makes change and issues receipts
Closes out the cash register, completes required paperwork and submits entire package to supervisor
Uses small equipment within the Frame shop, to include but not limited to the engraving machine and matt cutter
Prepares verbal and written estimates for customers, notifies customer when orders are complete
Calls in requests for framing supplies
Processes returns and credits with suppliers
Provides customer service, answers telephones
Places special orders
Stocks merchandise received
Qualification
Required
Must have general clerical experience
Must have the ability to perform common math problems
Frequently stands, bends, stoops, and crawls
Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical
Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check/with Inquiries
Position is a Position of trust
Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must be registered for Selective Service
Direct deposit is required
