Responsibilities

Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Managing customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Partnering with graphics, production, shipping, and internal sales teams
Supporting Strategic Account Managers with quotes, contracts, and follow-up
Proactively identifying reorder opportunities and new business
Learning customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
Managing customer projects from inquiry through commercialization

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
Sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related industries
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

College degree preferred
Interest in developing or growing into an account management role
Ability and interest in working in a hybrid environment near Oak Brook, IL
