Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
Strong leadership in Customer Service and Strategic Planning
Experience managing and executing Project Management initiatives
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Experience in healthcare operations is a strong advantage
