The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for functional support, issue resolution, enhancements, and coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP support activities for Financials and Procurement modules
Provide L2/L3 production support , incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Support Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
Support Procurement modules including Purchasing, iSupplier, iProcurement, PO, Receiving
Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, patches, reports, integrations, and data issues
Manage service requests, change requests, and minor enhancements
Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of support tickets
Perform functional analysis, impact assessment, and documentation
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions
Guide and mentor junior support analysts
Participate in audits, compliance, and support documentation as required
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion)
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials and Procurement modules
Hands-on experience in production support / AMS / Application Support projects
Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Experience working with tickets tools, SLAs, and support governance
Ability to work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, and data fixes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading or coordinating support teams is a plus
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle EBS R12
Exposure to SOX / Audit / Compliance support
