LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support daily supply chain operations in King of Prussia. This hybrid role involves coordinating shipments, managing order processing, and ensuring seamless product movement across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation

Manage order processing, inventory updates, and logistics workflows

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding scheduling, delays, or issues

Prepare logistics documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and shipping labels

Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies

Support problem-solving around transportation, routing, and customer requirements

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and system updates in real time
